STAY AND TRAIN

Download our contract and bring it with you when you drop off your dog.

Please fill out the form below.

BEFORE STAY AND TRAIN STARTS

PLAN AHEAD

Call and make a reservation as soon as you know your travel plans.

IMMUNIZATIONS

Do you have your pet's vaccination records handy? We need to see them. Without proof of immunizations from your veterinarian, we cannot take your pet. For dogs, required immunizations are bordetella, rabies, distemper, and parvo. **Vaccinations require a five-day post-vaccination waiting period. There is also a five-day wait if your pet has just visited a vet for any reason.**

DON’T OVER-FEED

Don't feed your dog more than usual before the drop-off. This can cause digestive troubles.

FOOD

It's required that you bring food for your dog's stay. Please do not change your dog's food before the stay and train begins because this can cause digestive issues.

BLANKETS

You may bring blankets and bedding for your dog.  If you choose not to, we provide soft towels that are cleaned every night for your dog's stay.

CHILL OUT

Do not get too emotional when you drop your pet off. Dogs are attuned to their owner's feelings, and this will create a lot of anxiety for the dog.

ESCORT SERVICE

We can pick up and drop off your dog for an additional cost.

HOMECOMING TIPS

Your dog will be very excited upon the return home. So be mindful not to over-feed or offer unlimited water for at least four hours after the return. They may eat / drink too quickly, which could make your dog sick.

VACATION LAG

Don't be surprised if your dog feels tired after returning home; this is also normal--especially if you've traveled a distance to the stay and train or the boarding service.
